Hi I'm Kaitlyn!

 

I'm an actor, singer, writer, and general creative person, based out of Philadelphia and New York. I have been performing since before I can remember. I've struggled with various learning differences my whole life. As a kid music, playing pretend, and performing were the only things that were able to get me through the day, I even ended up learning through music and song. It unlocked a new way into my brain that the standard education system couldn't. To me performing isn't just a hobby or a job, but it's a life line. I thrive upon being in a room with fellow artists, creating new work or breathing new life into classic pieces. I am also very adamant about making sure everyone's voice is heard in our industry, especially voices that haven't been heard before or experiences that aren't in the spotlight. I believe that theatre can inspire and change someone's outlook on life and help us be more empathetic, caring creatures. My ultimate goal is to inspire as many people as I can through my performances to just have fun, be creative, feel empowered through their self expression and most importantly always to follow their dreams!
